His butt is really tiny and the blimp is the size of his head. I thought that was quite funny. In Japan the phrase “you have a tiny asshole” can imply that one is narrow-minded. Now, Kaiba’s an all-in-one joke.

This Kaiba PVC figure is incredibly tall. He’s like…slim dollfie size. The only issue is the make is not very good so there are some defects with the figure, but they’re small enough that I don’t really notice much.

I also bought cute mermaid card sleeves for my Vanguard cards. (420 yen)

More shots of the screenprinting class. My god, I’ve been at school from 10am to 10pm in the screenprinting room because I kept on royally messing up my prints and my screens.

It was very frustrating. I’m short with no upper-body strength so I always have issues applying pressure even when I’m standing on top of a foot stool. But classmates are friendly (which is nice). I’m rarely in small classes (most of my classes take place in large lecture halls), and when I am, everybody is usually minding their own business or dickweeds.

So…yeah. I’ll take photos of the lithography class next door next time as well as the gallery room because right now they have pictures of “hung” Sailor Moon dolls…(and why).

I have to go in again on Saturday to do the last layer with the Goldfish because the screen filler is drying right now.

Bi-Weekly Loot Post pt.6

No I’m not done yet xD…how long do you think I’ve been procrastinating! I’ve been away for a good month and then some. But this will probably be the last for today. I gotta figure out what I have and haven’t blogged yet.

For the new house I moved in, my mom got me this really cute heart key. Except it’s too small so it can only lock and not really open.

; A ; a 1995 Bandai Crescent Moon Wand given to me for my belated birthday by Kuraou. It has sounds and lights up and everything and the condition is pretty good. I was really debating hard on whether or not to cosplay SM, so this really gave me the push I needed. Y’know, personally I feel I don’t look the part but to wear a Sailor suit takes courage anyway and now I feel like I have a little more of that thanks to her. ~~(also look, I have a wand between my legs haha *gets hit*)~~

Asus 16gb-ram and 2tb-rom. Additionally an LG Flatron 2ms 24” widescreen monitor. I decided to upgrade my PC since the old one wasn’t giving me enough memory to work with for drawing. Now it’s incredibly fast and I got two monitors set up so I can full-screen art programs and ~~watch movies~~ look at references. The quotes and Asus text are occasionally very idiotic though.

The Screenprinting room…well, a corner of it. It’s actually three large rooms with open access in-between. I took screen printing class this semester. It’s really…meticulous work. I haven’t done much yet except make my base colour and set up for second layer.

Also, I saw this amazing giant Silver Diamond wall-poster during Japan Expo. I ran up screaming and rubbed my face against it repeatedly :|

LOL…in the drafts section of LGS, there is an ossan (oldman) and yankee version of Gyokutei-Shinjin. Aren’t you glad they didn’t use those designs? Although if they did I’m pretty sure Bou-chan would be the main love interest (gdi if this ever gets an anime, please don’t teachership).

Sakura Shinguji Nendoroid. I couldn’t help it, I’ve loved her since I was young. Personally, it’s not the best coated Nendoroid, they could’ve done a better job with the painting but the details are pretty nice. Her pigtails are also movable so you could pose it as if it was swaying in the wind. (4000 yen).

Also since I moved I had to rearrange my shelf. Level 1 is now a mini Houshin Engi shrine with almost every official Japanese merchandise you can think of. There was space so I included Holly/Hearte items. Level 2 is a split between Okami and Yu-Gi-Oh. Level 3 is an assortment of things (Gintama, Hamtaro, Sailormoon, etc…). Level 4 is just plush toys (not shown).

A random selection of commissions from the several conventions I went to this year. In total I drew about 50 at Anime North, 20 at Japan Expo, 15 at Otakuthon and 10 at FanExpo (the numbers get lower because I became lazy ^o^;; ) for a total of 95 sketches.

I’ll try to break that record next year.

Salmon that looked like…a bird….or a fish depending on which part you ate off.
A game of Cosmic Encounters. Poor John had like….10 Negotiate cards LOL. That was most of his hand too. Surprisingly, I do pretty well in this game. On average I end up winning 70% of the time, even when I’m in last place for most of the game.
Really cute socks/leggings I bought.
I bought 17 Vanguard packs in Montreal for a little less than $3 ea. Pretty sweet deal. I got a lot of nice Angel Feathers stuff but hardly any Gold Paladins. These are some of my favourite picks out of all the cards I unravelled. That Kaiser tempts me greatly into making a Narukami deck…

Cosmic Heart necklace, a present from TheBlackStrawberry. It actually arrived when I got back from JX, I was just waiting to blog about it after I rested for a few days. It’s pretty big! A little under 2 inches, with a red mirror like quality to it. I really like it a lot so I wore it all the days I went out. Thank you, Kuro!<3. =A= you spoil me so much…….;;;;; I need to think of ways to spoil you too. Also, I think I met Kumacrafts last year at FanExpo. Hope to see them again this year with the Sailor goods!

Loot from AX. I didn’t even go to AX, but my friends did and Yuusei delivered some stuff back to me. I got so many prints from Kissai! She’s such a sweetie, so generous ; _ ;. The glittery Madoka and Pokemon bookmark sets were particularly impressive. THANK YOU SO MUCH <3<3<3 The posters are huge!! I had to stand up and take the photo from a good distance!

It was very nice to meet Radittz, she is such a sweetie. And smart too! Recognized who I was off the bat. I only said “Oh, Goku’s artwork, so cute!” and she deduced who I was, lol. When I asked her it went something like: “Oh, Goku was telling me non-stop about you for weeks, and you’re a cute and small asian, and your English is really good so I thought hmm…probably this is her…?” (lol).
